As a Junior Network Engineer in a global telecom environment, I work directly with VPNs, MikroTik routers, and Titan edge devices using terminal-based tools. I support AWS migrations, investigate connectivity and routing issues, monitor network performance, and contribute to incident documentation and root cause analysis in production environments where uptime and security are critical. Previously, I administered Microsoft 365 and Active Directory environments, performing user management, permission audits, and policy enforcement aligned with zero-trust and least-privilege principles. I’ve conducted patch management, system updates, and configuration reviews to reduce vulnerabilities and maintain compliance. I’ve also supported voice, video, connectivity, and security operations through proactive monitoring and incident response using tools like ServiceNow, OpsRamp, and BeyondTrust. I’m passionate about threat detection, vulnerability mitigation, and building secure, resilient systems.
