I lead AI initiatives across multiple product lines, focusing on semantic search, natural language classification, and intelligent data pipelines. I've partnered with internal teams and external vendors to prototype and evaluate generative AI tools for matching, relevancy scoring, and contextual recommendations. As part of this work, I defined the architectural strategy for AI support tools, embedding LLMs into production workflows to streamline knowledge discovery and enhance user experiences. I’ve also driven efforts to organize and document product-wide data flows, define core datasets, and establish a centralized data architecture that enables cross-product insights. Beyond implementation, I actively evangelize modern architecture practices and AI readiness through internal talks, mentoring, and leadership of our architecture board.
Responsible for the design, development, implementation, and quality assurance of applications. Serving as a technical liaison to sales and subject matter expert in emerging technologies, industry best practices, and technical high-level specifications, ensuring feasibility, functionality, and integration with existing systems and platforms. Managing and coordinating all internal activities related to software product development including setting and implementing procedures to ensure compliance with established standards and customer policies. Assisting in establishing long-range technology, product development, and vendor strategies while building working relationships with customers, vendors and other departments involved in security projects.
