I am a self-driven security specialist and Honorably Discharged United States Air Force Veteran with 10 years of experience in security and law enforcement, overseas and domestically, with supervisor experience. I am skilled in leadership, training, and access control systems. I drive the development of an excellent security culture, leading by example and setting standards. I thrive in dynamic environments and am committed to continuous improvement and career advancement.
I am responsible for the daily supervision of the security team. I am accountable for ensuring the security officers carry out and fulfill all specified tasks as issued by the site Security Operations Manager. I actively monitor, review, and record daily performance of all security teams, identify areas for improved effectiveness and staff engagement. Most importantly, I drive the development of an excellent security culture, leading by example and setting standards whilst displaying passion and enthusiasm for the role.
Train new employees for the security operations center, ensure all operators are aware of new and emerging policies and programs, and conduct drills and training to hone the skills of all operators.
