I currently also train all the new employee's in the ettiquite of fine driving and serving the customer with a smile to get the best results for the organization. I am also the cheif spanish to english translator who if needed can translate the spanish for customer service needs. Within the office I am able to carry the load as the back-up to the general manager with the in-house needs of the establishment and an active knowledge in the computer and paperwork of the operation.
