-Use 3-D modeling software (Solid Edge) to design modular power distribution centers for data center, and mining applications. -Create manufacturing plans for novel designs. -Drafting manufacturing/building plans for use on shop floor. -Order mechanical material for projects.
-Leads a team of 8 people in an environment that stresses Dailey, weekly, and monthly production goals. -Use data analysis to identify issues and find solutions to problems that have a bottom line impact. -Help create and maintain a quality system within the laboratory to ensure specifications are met. -Lead continuous initiatives on a department.
- Worked in production with engineers in high priority situations - I spend a large amount of time in quality assurance. (particularly mechanical testing) - Experience dealing with temperature controllers - Assisting mechanical testing supervisor with CAR’s (corrective action reports) - Assisting in the shipping of thousands of pounds of materials -Experience ordering supplies using oracle and finding ways to cut costs. - Assisting in multiple Capital Projects to achieve long term goals.
