I am a project and operations professional focused on delivering complex initiatives by aligning stakeholders, managing execution, and driving structured outcomes from concept through launch. My background combines field project coordination, multi-site operational leadership, and venture development. I have supported large-scale well completion projects in high-pressure field environments while also leading operational teams exceeding 125 staff across multiple locations. These roles required strong schedule management, stakeholder coordination, and disciplined execution in environments where safety, timing, and operational continuity are critical. Beyond traditional roles, I have also led the development and launch of new ventures from the ground up. As the founder of 7Minute Pro, I designed and launched a digital training program including curriculum architecture, production coordination, platform configuration, and commercialization. I am currently leading development of Immersion Pacific, a premium home fragrance brand involving product development, supplier sourcing, capital planning, and full go-to-market execution.
