Responsible for the on boarding process of new hires to Bausch and Lomb. Work with hiring managers to prepare a training plan based on specific needs of the new hire. Review the plan with the new salesperson and work to execute the plan to provide the best opportunity for the representative to succeed. Co-travel to demonstrate proper selling techniques and then evaluate selling skills of the new hire. Certify new employees on selling skills and product knowledge. Train company policy and protocol. Adjust training plan as needed based on the individual. Constantly building relationships with new hire creating a trust, so if there are needs they will look to me as a resource.
