Senior Policy and Project Officer with NSW Police Force, specialising in domestic and family violence policy and program development. I hold a degree in Criminology and bring an evidence-based, systems-focused approach to policy work in complex and sensitive environments. My experience includes supporting senior leadership across corporate services and operational policing contexts, contributing to policy advice, briefing, governance and program coordination. I have worked on initiatives aimed at strengthening responses to domestic and family violence through practical, implementable policy. More broadly, I’m motivated by work that improves outcomes for victims of crime through stronger systems, better coordination and thoughtful policy design. I’m particularly interested in how policy translates into real-world access to safety, support and justice for people affected by crime.
