• Developed a CMS-driven website builder SaaS with custom domain routing and dynamic deployment workflows, allowing non-technical users to create and manage fully branded, production-ready sites. • Designed tenant-aware data models and role-based access controls to enable secure data isolation and scalable multi-organization support within a unified platform, reducing cross-tenant data access risks.
• Founded and led the development of the organization’s primary web platform, serving as a central hub for donation collection, marketing campaigns, and content publishing for 2,000+ users. • Recruited and led a cross-functional engineering team, contributing extensively to implementation while establishing development workflows and long-term maintainability across a 1,000+ commit codebase. • Designed and migrated a custom content management solution to a Payload CMS–based system, enabling scalable content management, role-based access control, and non-technical content publishing.
