* Current Coach Developer for Canada Soccer’s A Diploma, B Diploma, C Diploma and Canada Soccer Children’s Diploma. * Currently working with coaches in Ontario, BC, Alberta and Nova Scotia. * From 2021-2022 worked with 58 coaches across Canada mainly in BC, Alberta and Ontario. * Delivered inaugural Canada Soccer Children’s Licence in 2019. * Designed 18 Grassroots activities for Canada Soccer best practice videos. Increased games won by more than three goals, from a single game in 2021 and 2022 (prior to starting) to 3 games in 2023 (1st season); and 5 games in 2024 (2nd season). • Goal Difference: Transitioning from -26 GD in 2021 and +5 in 2022 (before starting) to +19 (1st season) in 2023 and +12 in 2024 (second season). • Overall League Win Rate: Win rate improved notably from 35% (2021-2022) to 47% (2023-2024). • Defensive Improvement: Despite adopting a more attacking style, we reduced goals conceded to just 15 in 2024, improving our defensive performance. • Attacking Growth: A steady increase in goals scored, including an additional 7 goals in 2023 and 14 goals in 2024 compared to before my appointment. • Playoffs: Qualified for play offs in both seasons. 2023: Last 16 exit on penalties. 2024: Last 16 exit: 1-2 away loss (after a 10-hour same-day road trip) • Player Development: Ashley MacDonald (from 1 goal/assist in 2023 to 11 g/a in 2024) Keely Toussaint's call-up to Grenada's National Team showcase our commitment to nurturing talent. • Player recruitment: Recruitment of International players with FIFA World Cup experience. *Collaboration with all Head Coaches and Technical Directors of Ontario Player Development League License Holders, for the age Group. * Work alongside Canada Soccer National Team Staff on the identification of players. Work directly with Canada Soccer Regional Excel Director for Ontario, updating on player performance of the Canada Soccer Youth Team players. * Work with the top 44 players of the selected aged group and select 22 of the top players from Ontario to represent Team Ontario. * Provide 4 corner feedback to Ontario Soccer Senior Manager, High Performance on player performance of all players who participate in selection process. * Design & deliver all on field sessions, team meetings and video game analysis session. * Lead Coaching staff team of assistant coaches, goalkeeper coaches, support coaches & team coordinators. * Provide written analysis reports at the end of the year which are provided back to players respective Technical Director.
