I have now joined Minor Hotels & Resorts to open the Luxury Brand Tivoli LA VIE Muscat Hotel & Residences in Oman. This integrated complex is tentatively set to open in Q1 2026, this project will deliver a new dimension elevated hospitality in Oman with a number of branded value propositions such as LA VIE Golf Club (already open and operational), Anantara SPA, the First Tivoli Hotel in Oman, SEEN Restaurant & Bar and selected Lifestyle Concept Restaurants. The Team and I are working closely with the ownership, Minor Hotels HQ and the Project Team to deliver an exceptional integrated experience. In my last working experience as the Pre-Opening Complex General Manager at Pan Pacific Serviced Suites & PARKROYAL COLLECTION, the Team and I worked closely with HQ Pre-opening Team and Project Management leading the set-up, the launch, the marketing positioning, the commercial and operation stabilisation of two luxury properties in a prime location of the Golden Triangle of Kuala Lumpur. With over 35 years of experience in the hotel industry, I have a proven track record of delivering quality and results in various markets and segments, including Europe, Asia, and the Middle East. My core competencies include both set up and restructuring business models, driving top and bottom line, building collaborative partnerships, and leading high-performing teams in both commercial and quality driven. I am passionate about hospitality and customer service, and I aim to create memorable experiences for the guests and stakeholders. During the course of my career I have experienced and managed city hotels, Resorts, at five stars luxury and Lifestyle quality levels. I have also experience in managing integrated business models such as the Shangri-La & Traders Qaryat Al Beri in Abu Dhabi, Grosvenor House in London and the recent PARKROYAL COLLECTION and Pan Pacific Serviced Suites. Each diversified business model included Hotel and Service Apartment. I am always eager to learn new skills and venture into new experiences adapting to changes of the trends and demands in the hospitality industry. Personality wise, I adjust to change and to new cultures easily. Working with International Brands throughout my career has given me the invaluable experience to travel and to live in 3 different parts of the world.
