I have spent more than 25 years helping technology companies define markets, build products, and tell stories that make complex technologies relevant to customers. My experience spans product marketing, product management, strategy and positioning across security, networking, wireless, cloud, and AI security. Today I lead marketing at Aurascape, where I focus on how the company is positioned in the AI security market. My work spans category development, positioning, messaging, strategic planning, launches, thought leadership, analyst relations, field enablement, executive communications, and board-level updates on marketing strategy, market position, and business progress. I also led an evolution of the company’s brand and market presence, redefining Aurascape’s brand identity, visual system, color palette, website, messaging framework, and market narrative to reflect its role in securing AI applications, agents, and workflows. Before Aurascape, I was Senior Director of Product Marketing at Zscaler, where I led teams across executive customer engagement, launch planning and execution, content strategy, go-to-market planning, and major marketing programs for zero trust and SASE. The role also included EBC and executive meetings, event coordination, budget planning, and cross-functional alignment across marketing. Before Zscaler, I was at Palo Alto Networks, where I led an eight-person team of Product Marketing Managers responsible for major revenue-generating parts of the portfolio, including next-generation firewall, data center, cloud security, and mobility. Before that, at Cisco, I led product management for data center and cloud security strategy and lifecycle. Earlier in my career, I held leadership roles at Aerohive, Juniper, and Nokia Networks, where I worked on Check Point firewalls. At Aerohive, I led hardware, management software, and UI efforts, and designed a wireless access point line that helped define the company’s visual identity and won the 2010 IDEA award from IDSA. At Juniper, I designed and delivered the Secure Services Gateway product line, bringing together UTM, routing, wireless, switching, and WAN functionality into a single platform. Across my career, I have managed multiple product lines comprising hundreds of products, contributed to award-winning platforms, authored white papers, and published in technical and business outlets. I am most effective where product, market, and narrative intersect, especially when a company needs sharper positioning, stronger execution, and a clearer identity in a changing market.
