About

A Lead Microsoft Dynamics 365 & Power Platform consultant with over 10+ years’ experience across different business sectors including Government, Non-Profit and Professional Services. I began my professional journey in 2014 after graduating from Coventry University with a BA (Hons) in Business Management. I initially worked in Property, Financial Services and white-collar Recruitment, before pivoting into the IT space in 2018 — where my journey truly began! I started my technical career working with Salesforce CRM and a range of SaaS platforms before finding my home within Microsoft Dynamics CRM, where I've worked from the ground up to become a Senior Consultant in the D365 and Power Platform space. My current experience involves architecting, implementing, stabilising and future-proofing business-critical processes in Dynamics 365 CE across the Sales, Marketing and Customer Engagement modules. I focus on reducing technical debt and bridging the gap between business and technology, to translate real-world operational problems into robust, maintainable solutions across Dataverse, Power Automate, Power BI and the wider Microsoft stack. I work closely with C-suite and senior-level stakeholders to promote modern workplace initiatives and drive automation, enabling teams and departments to reduce manual tasks so that they're able to focus on what truly matters. Alongside my Power Platform and Dynamics 365 expertise, I am actively upskilling with the latest version of .NET (currently .NET 10) and C#, using Visual Studio Code to deepen my understanding of how low-code and pro-code solutions intersect, and to support advanced integration requirements where extensibility scenarios around D365 fall outside of the usual out-of-the-box scope.
