- Implement Group S&OP (Sales & Operations planning) standards, processes and routines - Deploy SiOP / MPS processes throughout the 7 production units of the group - Develop demand driven planning tools and KPIs (Collaborative Forecast routines / Forecast Accuracy / Bias etc...) - Ensure the implementation of the sites' production plans and identify and resolve bottlenecks - Design and implement Supply-Chain planning tools (ATP / Back Orders / Service Level) - Drive the network of plants' supply chain managers and ensure the right deployment of competences - Arbitrate and optimize production capacities to improve and ensure the best service level to our customers - Define the group Stock strategy in line with the set production plans - Participate in the construction of the Budget and Strategic plan - Optimize Supplier capacities in line with our production bottlenecks

- Implement Supply Chain Planning tools (JDA) build up new forecasting strategies to reach improvements throughout the supply chain of the company (Improving customer service level, better management of back order etc...) - Analyze supplier's performance information or procurement program success. - In accordance with the implementation of new procedures, analyze and understand customer demand trends - Creation and fine tune of forecast demand to create supply plans that ensures availability of products - Collaborate actively with OEM/S customers (main global car manufacturers) to share, analyze and ameliorate quality and the consistency of end to end services. - Analyze inventories to determine ways to increase inventory turns, reduce waste or optimize customer services - Define, construct and implement performance metrics for measurement, comparison or evaluation of supply chain factors - Manage OE European and world wide portfolio analysis. Drive collaboration with local key account management teams to define actions plans. - Design and implement supply chain tools that supports business strategies adapted to changing market conditions and new business opportunities - Develop procedures for coordination of supply chain management with other functional areas such as production, sales, marketing and finance

Management: - Interact with all levels of our agencies in Tunisia and Algeria to ensure the highest level of performance locally. - Maximizing the company's utility through, but not limited to, efficient training, setting standard procedures and constant follow up. - Diplomatically push the perceived limits of local regulations to sort out new solutions to offer to our customers and expand our market share in the region Operations: - Through our network of agencies, ensure that Unifeeder's operated vessels are being operated efficiently and safely. - Pursue improvements to the port stay efficiency and operational productivity with all stakeholders in the port. - Ensure inland operations and equipment control - Ensure Proper control of all expenses, minimize operational costs, maximize efficiency and incur cost items on behalf of Unifeeder Finance: - Attending to prompt collection of freight, inland haulage charges, demurrage and other income due. Arrange promp remittance in accordance with HQ instructions. - Govern data and ensure Unifeeder systems have been duely updated by our network of agencies. Sales: - Adequately canvassing to generate Unifeeder own local cargo on Unifeeder vessels - Following HQ acceptance and pricing policy so that maximum contribution is earned by the company - Maintaining, updating and sharing customer records with Unifeeder sales team on a local, regional and ww level. Actively assess the strengths and weaknesses of our products that could affect the competitive position of Unifeeder and act accordingly. - Researching individual local markets and share recommendations to HQ to allow for new developments
