- Daily inspection and as-needed maintenance of security camera’s, POS system, VOIP phone system, Google Docs & email, A/V equipment, and company websites - Monitoring of VPNs, servers, and network connections in park, between parks and in/out of parks. - Tasked with keeping all hardware clean. This included server racks, hardware within racks, inside computer cases, etc. - Reorganized and reconfigured physical hardware to consolidate space, allow for air movement between hardware, and for ease of working on different systems - I created protocols for different IT related scenarios. - Completed various projects by coordinating with other departments - Implemented and oversaw the transition to a brand new VOIP system - Troubleshot issues within our POS system in case of failure, or just to create an easier use for the end user - Installed Wireless Access Points and updated routers - Worked with the marketing department in updating the website on a weekly basis, and coordinated the transition to a new website template for the entire company - Created a new website from scratch in Wordpress for the charity that the company supports - Created and update on a weekly basis an Excel sales & redemption worksheet
