My senior thesis, titled “Memory for Intentions Test (MIST) and Diagnosis Threat in Trinity College Students with a History of Concussion," explored stereotype threat in students with recent concussions. In order to gather data, I conducted 1:1 testing sessions with students who met the participation criteria. The goal of my thesis was to determine if extra assistance should be provided for students with recent concussions, to allow them to return to full health while keeping up with schoolwork and maintaining their level of academic performance. After completing my thesis, I presented my findings to the Trinity College Neuroscience Department and at Trinity's annual Science Symposium.
