Currently responsible for managing Holloman Corporation’s EPC, Engineered Products, and Tank Services Divisions. Currently report to the President/CEO of Holloman Corporation and responsible for the management/development of company Engineers and Designers and act as the company’s Chief Engineer/Engineer in Responsible Charge; carrying licenses in 17 states.
Responsible for managing project and asset engineers at the regional level. Management responsibilities include: directing work assignments; review and approval of EPC engineering designs, scopes of work, procurement bid packages, cost estimates, project schedules; developing and presenting AFE stage gate presentations for multi-level reviews/approvals.
Responsible for managing project managers who are responsible for engineering, EPC, and EPCM projects in the petrochemical, manufacturing, and oil and gas arenas with specific focus on midstream, refineries, and process facility systems and their supporting infrastructure. Proficient at using client project development systems and in-house systems to develop, design, execute, commission, and close-out small and mid cap projects with the highest regard given to safety, quality, cost, and schedule.
Responsible for managing the Project Engineering Group at NuStar’s headquarters office in San Antonio. Reported to Executive Director of Project Engineering and managed Project Engineers/Project Managers responsible for developing/executing small and mid cap projects. Provided guidance and support to operating regions of the company regarding all facets of project development and execution. Managed the development of cost estimates and schedules. Supervised engineers and contract support staff to ensure that all work was performed according to appropriate industry codes/guidelines/regulations. Projects managed in this role included significant expansions of midstream facilities and their associated infrastructure including: natural gas, nitrogen, compressed air, steam, hot oil, chilled water, domestic water and waste water.
