Led the UI team at ServiceNow in overall UI engineering, design, and user experience (UX). Developed and strengthened the team from 7 to 26 engineers and PM’s in just one year to support business growth and stability of the platform. • Transformed loosely organized department into an agile team that drove 4x reduction in quality issues, 25% reduction in browser load times and enhanced client security. • Established the company’s first UI style guide and foundation toolkit API’s for application teams to leverage standards. • Launched major new UI products such as Visual Task Boards (VTB), Chat, ServiceNow’s first mobile app, as well as major UI enhancements with a new modern appearance that appealed to clients.
