As Project Logistics Manager I am responsible for internal affairs in a project like: • Planning/scheduling (design, procurement, production) • Leading coordination between departments (Procurement, Design, Production, Site) • Development and establishment of internal organization and internal project structure • Monitoring of project status through the different stages of the project • Managing of material flow (Procurement, Production, Shipping)
Based in the head quarter I worked on site preparation for a project in London; UK: • Development of installation method and special installation equipment • Input to design for installation affairs • Coordination with branch in UK (authorities affairs)
Internship during the bachelor studies. Responsible for: • Workshop drawings • Procurement of material • Coordination between factory and site • Quantity surveying • Certification affairs (green building issues) • Support project management
During my studies I worked for a building physics laboratory which is specialized in refurbishment and drainage of masonry.
