Driving the implementation of the "Digitaler Prüfungsraum" project (2025–2027). Responsible for project coordination, stakeholder management, and process design to ensure sustainable integration of digital assessment spaces. Key tasks include requirement analysis, system integration (TUWEL, TISS), quality assurance, and the development of training and support structures for faculty and students. Combining project management expertise with a strong background in communication, didactics, and digital tools to enhance teaching and learning environments.
The Strategic Education Development Center is a broadly based department within the Vice Rectorate for Academic Affairs. The Centre sees itself as an operative link between the Rectorate, the lecturers and the students. Sooner or later, every lecturer and every student will be confronted with the Center's areas of responsibility or projects - even if this is not always visible. Projects involved: • eTUcation: The project works on the pandemic digitalization in teaching to transform the TUW into a modern face-to-face university of the future, with the goal of integrating the digital transformation in teaching and studying, under the claim of excellence, inclusivity and diversity • WiSe: Self-study course on the basics of academic integrity and plagiarism prevention, accessibility of documents, gender equality and diversity in work, and scientific ethical aspects of (research) work • Handbuch für die Lehre: Implementing a guide for teachers, covering course planning, teaching regulations, and best practices.
