I am a senior leader within Austin Powder, an industrial group active in the manufacture and distribution of civil explosives as well as drilling and blasting services. My work is shaped by an entrepreneurial, transformation-driven and dynamic mindset, with a strong focus on driving sustainable growth, operational excellence, and organizational development across all our operations in Europe. Austin Europe serves as the European holding of Austin Powder, bundling all European activities and country organizations. Together with more than 1,400 colleagues in 9 European countries, I contribute to strengthening our market position, enhancing performance, and supporting our teams and customers in a complex and safety-critical industrial environment. Austin Europe is part of the global Austin Powder Group, one of the world’s leading suppliers of explosives and related products and services. More recently, our company has entered a new phase of development with American Industrial Partners (AIP) as our majority owner. AIP is a leading industrial-focused private equity firm with a strong track record in supporting transformation, professionalization, and long-term value creation in industrial businesses. I am particularly motivated by transformation projects, cross-cultural leadership, and building resilient organizations that combine industrial excellence with entrepreneurial thinking.
