My greatest accomplishments have come from setting, planning for and achieving goals through tenacity and teamwork. Throughout my life I have been a consistent winner. As a NCAA collegiate athlete and All-American I helped lead the 2013 Linfield Wildcats to our first NCAA National Championship in 50 years. I did this all while being voted team captain, maintaining a 3.0 GPA and being involved in planning student run campus engagement events through the student union. After my college career I decided to pursue my dream of playing professional baseball. In this endeavor I found my self in constant contact with executives from major professional sporting organizations where I was tasked with marketing, negotiating and selling myself as a commodity. Also while pursing my dream of playing professional baseball I have been involved in giving back to the community through my involvement with Kiwanis International and through using my expertise as a professional baseball player to help coach and mentor younger athletes in order to help them achieve their dreams. Now as I transition into the next phase of my life I look forward to using all of the skills and tenacity that a lifetime of the highest level of competitive sports has taught me to achieve new goals.
