    Corrective, preventative, breakdown shutdown maintenance work on acid plant equipment such as Gearboxes, Pumps, Heat exchangers, Cooling systems, Pipelines, Pneumatic and hydraulic systems, Prayon and Belt filters (Liquid separation). In January 2010 I was identified to fill the Maintenance Planner position. I was responsible for planning and coordinating corrective, preventative, breakdown and shutdown maintenance activities within assigned OPEX and CAPEX budgets. Using JD Edwards as the CMMS system for the maintenance planning activities which includes Ordering of in-house spares (stock items), direct outside orders from vendors, time card booking of crew (Utilization), cost controlling, scheduling of preventative maintenance and reports relating to maintenance activities or equipment. I was also responsible for implementing continuous improvements as well as ensuring safety, health, environment and quality standards are maintained.
