Senior Construction Manager at Rush University Medical Center, I am the lead construction manager on the Jacobs team, providing program management services for a $500 Mil, 500k SF, 11 story Cancer and Neurosciences Center and 5 story, 900 car parking garage. My duties include contract compliance, pay application and change order review and approval, Safety, Quality control, daily and monthly reporting, reviewing schedules and deliverables, SME and LEED. I have served with the Seabees in NMCB 25, 28 and 15 and NAVFAC Chinhae, Korea. In my 21 year career, some of the notable positions, I held are as an Assistant Contracting Officer, Company Chief, Training Chief, Detachment Commander and safety PO. I served in Iraq in 2003.
