I am part of the management team in the Hearing Care division of Demant and responsible for overseeing a portfolio with a revenue exceeding DKK +4 billion. This portfolio spans over +2,000 clinics and involves managing +5,000 employees. In my role, I directly supervise the country managers and my geographical scope covers UK, France, Sweden, Poland, Hungary, Israel, China, and Japan. One of my significant achievements includes driving market share growth through strategic initiatives such as acquisitions, greenfield expansions, and a dedicated focus on commercial excellence.
As Vice President of Marketing at Audika France, a leading hearing healthcare provider, I led a transformative journey to boost clinic traffic and drive marketing performance. Overseeing three departments with +30 talented professionals, my strategic focus was on creating a performance-oriented culture by breaking down silos and introducing shared goals across departments.
I had the opportunity to lead the post-merger integration of Audika after Demant's acquisition in 2015. Throughout this process, I managed the delicate balance of integration, performance, and family engagement. During my tenure, the company significantly outgrew the market while completing more than 40 integration projects and I ensured a smooth assimilation of Audika into Demant, contributing to the overall success of the merger.
