- Installing, repairing, servicing and commissioning Reverse Osmosis and DI water systems (lab products, pathology, renal department) - Installing and maintaining Pre-Treatment systems (softeners, carbon cylinders) - On site water analysis - Validation done for new systems - Systems sanitisation using chemicals, Hydrex, Oxonia etc - On call rota 24h / 7 days a week when required - Electrical, mechanical fault finding - Creating method statements and Risk assessments when required - Experience with ElgaLab Products( PureLab, Medica, Centra, Biopure) and other products (Osiris, Thermapure, Renal Units - DWA, Nephro Safe) - Creating quotation for faulty parts, upgrades and new opportunities - Providing end users training on site, attending meeting with customers - OOH work, weekend work when required
• Repair, install, calibrate and inspect medical equipments : Blood Pressure Monitors, Medical Scales, Auroscopes / Otoscopes, Thermometers, Hand Held Ultrasounds (Dopplers), Cauteries / Hyfrecators, Nebulisers, CO Meters (Smokerlyzers), Ear Syringes, ECG Machines, Syringe drivers, Spirometers, Defibrillators, Pulse Oximeters, Audiometers, Suction pumps, Centrifuges • PPM on dental suction pumps, Autoclaves, dental chairs, X-rays • Testing and examination of electrical appliances and medical equipment with ESA615 to ensure they are safe to use (PAT test), IEC 60601, IEC 62353 • Checking of Medical Resuscitation Pack(red bag, green bag) and Oxygen cylinders in dental practices • LOLER test, service and repair on mobile hoists, ceiling hoists, bath hoists, slings and homecare beds • Detailed reports supplied for each piece of medical equipment • Interface with cross functional work teams such as field applications, customer support/services, product management, manufacturing and marketing/sales • Timely complete and submit all required paperwork • Communicate with the customer to ensure satisfaction and implement any necessary corrective actions

Main tasks: -creating an accurate BOM, -requesting and negotiating prices if needed, -search for cheaper or more suitable alternatives, -calculating the production time and cost for each board or quantity based on the complexity of each project and the technological process (SMD/THT), -managing obsolete parts, -inserting and creating new articles in the ERP-System INFOR LN, alongside with costs, delivery times, -creating the appropriate documentation and setting the appropriate production lists of materials.
