Supervised 24h roadside assistance and Customer Service cases for both Italian and Spanish markets ▫ Managed customer’s complaints against MB workshops ▫ Managed breakdowns for passenger cars, trucks and bus all over Europe for Italian and Spanish customers ▫ Developed a project and a resulting excel tool in order to improve market performance in terms of quality and efficiency of services (Dec 2012)
