As the leader of Global Supply Chain Development at IKEA, I led process and digital transformation across planning, procurement, logistics, and fulfilment. I was responsible for digital operations, including data and technology, and contributed to the development of IKEA’s global supply chain strategy and operating model.
As a pivotal leader in IKEA's global supply chain, I drive process and digital development while fostering innovation through collaborative networks. I oversee supply chain design and planning, as well as an in-house intralogistics competence center specializing in automation and logistics solutions. I also led the packaging and identification development and contribute to key strategic councils and decision-making forums at IKEA globally.
