At Scuderia Monte-Carlo, I play a pivotal role in promoting the perfect Italian lifestyle experience while managing dealership operations. I'm responsible for supervising a talented team of 24 people, ensuring compliance with quality standards, and implementing effective sales strategies. My focus on employee training and development fostered a motivated workforce, while my oversight of administrative activities ensured smooth operations and strong supplier relationships.
With the help of my team, We promote lifestyle. - I assume the responsibility for the specific activity of the two dealerships, as well as the supervision of the team responsible for carrying out these activities. - Development of activities and services, elaboration and implementation of dealership promotion actions. - Organization and animation of team, definition and follow-up of the objectives of employees, functional organization of the service, supervision of employees , definition and follow-up of the plan of training. - Ensures the application of rules, quality procedures, labor law and safety. - Development and updating of activity charts, supervision of all administrative activities related to the service, preparation and monitoring of the budget, establishment and monitoring of relations with Brands and suppliers, customers negotiation on purchase and sale, contribution to the development and application of quality procedures. For both LAMBORGHINI (2017) and Bugatti (since 2020).
- Design & implement Advocacy strategy across Southern Europe (Portugal, Spain, France, Italy and Greece) - Lead of internal and external training strategy on Marketing and Advocacy tools - Agency management: new product launch, trade shows, pr events. - R&D project: GREY GOOSE VX and Ducasse. Trade Advocacy Manager - Build the Trade Advocacy (Education) plan in line with the annual MARTINI Marketing plan - Local adjustment of the Global Trade Advocacy Plan BACARDI and GREY GOOSE - Lead of Advocacy and Communication strategies (digital/traditional) for the MARTINI, BACARDI and GREY GOOSE brands - Agency management: new product launch, education sessions, trade shows, pr events. - Matrix Management of 3 people (Trade Marketing team) focus MARTINI and BACARDI brands Brand Ambassador - Lead of Trade Advocacy plan in the two countries to create Brand Advocates - Brand Home experiences’ organization (Noilly Prat, Benedictine, Grey Goose, Bombay Sapphire) - Agency management: trade shows, education sessions, pr events. - Lead of Major Media Events: Cannes Film Festival, Mostra di Venezia etc. - Lead of national Tradeshows to promote the brand: Cocktail & Spirits, SuperBar etc. - Slow Drinking Ambassador (implication in concept and lauch)
