Marketing lead for the southern cluster countries: . Brought some of the best content and most powerful brands to the retail in Portugal, through bricks & mortar and e-commerce: • Duplicated in 4 years the Disney Consumer Products’ revenue, reaching it's highest-ever, via working closely with the Marketing teams to create national co-marketing programs to drive attendance and revenue to retailers. • Developed content & consumer experiences, including the presence of Disney talents in top retailers, delivering the 1st Disney dedicated areas On & Off-Line, resulting in a 25%+ in the Top 2 retailers;
Reporting to the Marketing Director, owned the marketing strategy across Spain & Portugal for the “Do It Yourself” (DIY) channel: • Increased brand recognition, by launching innovative concepts end-to-end, such as an ecolabel baby paint or the football teams kits ; • Eliminated +1K low rotation / low margin products and optimized packaging’s and formulas thanks to exhaustive portfolio analysis;
