Together with designers, researchers, analysts, and technical writers we work to turn insights into scalable, evidence-based experiences rooted in real-world healthcare workflows. For me, UX goes far beyond product design. I focus on building scalable structures and systems – through DesignOps, ResearchOps, and experience governance – to enable consistency, insight-driven strategy, and platform coherence. Leading UX strategy across multiple products in Business Unit Ambulatory Germany, including innovative CGM one solutions. Heading a department of ~30, incl. 2 design teams, 1 research team, 1 technical writing team as well as central functions for DesignOps, ResearchOps and Data Analytics.
Led UX/UI for the ClickDoc product house, managing 2 design teams and aligning design with product, tech, and customer-facing teams.
Worked as UX Lead, supporting designers and product teams as a strategic coach for research and design practices.
Led 3 cross-functional teams across UX research, design, testing, and conversion optimization. Provided UX education through workshops, webinars, and industry events.
