Activities in this role include: • Driving asset management community and training to sharpen cash and working capital awareness in the company for all Windpower Business units (Onshore, Offshore and Service) • Contributing to the analysis, development, implementation and adaptation of asset management improvement guidelines, procedures and tools • Supporting the definition and target setting of asset management improvement and performance indicators • Continuously tracking asset-optimizing and performance indicators and supporting management and functions, regarding evaluation and interpretation of progress and results • Conducting reviews to ensure completeness and correctness of improvement actions • Contributing to consequent implementation of Asset Management Improvement and target achievement in line with respective guidelines and procedures
Activities in this role include: - Lead different project streams and was responsible for data analysis coordination, results validation and deliverables hand-over to the stakeholders involved.
