I am Claudia Ludwig, founder of Claudia Ludwig Design. My studio is based in Zurich on Oberdorfstrasse in the heart of the old town, and I split my time between Zurich and London, spending a few days in London each month to support ongoing projects. I am a BIID Registered Interior Designer and my work has been featured on Houzz and in House and Garden The List. My work is contemporary and understated. I start with the fundamentals: layout, circulation and storage. From there, I develop a tonal palette and layer natural materials such as timber, stone, metal and textiles. The aim is always the same: calm, coherent spaces that feel effortless to live in, with thoughtful detail and longevity. From first sketches to final styling, I oversee the full process and coordinate the wider team, so clients can enjoy a clear, well managed experience. The result is a home that works beautifully for daily life and feels considered from every angle: “What could have been an overwhelming renovation became a smooth and well guided experience.
