• Ensure corporate top-down and country-specific SCM-/LOG-relevant governance, standards and guidelines are correctly implemented in SE TW. • Company-wide procurement strategy in SE TW. • Coordinate with Legal Dept. to create, update and manage SCM contract templates and ensure they are aligned with corporate guidelines, local laws and regulations. • Company-wide P2P implementation and monitoring, and support procurement and finance to mitigate risks in P2P process. • Company-wide SCM KPI reporting and controlling and ensure report data accuracy. • Align with Divisions for their sourcing demands and identify strategic and/or pooling potentials in the region. • Coordinate corporate and division IM demands with SCM ESA partners. • Support company-wide implementation of digitization by adopting SCM-related e-tools and meanwhile ensure all team members are well-trained for adequate performance. • Lead onshore SCM-/LOG-activities for EPC projects in Taiwan.
• Supplier development in the region with respect to the category strategy. • Supplier relationship management. • RfQ, negotiations and supplier selection based on TCO. • Supplier contract negotiations and management. • Support of the Category Management in implementation and execution of the global category strategies. • Market, product, and cost-developments with respect to the category in APAC. • Contribution to design of international procurement processes and organizational setup. • Execution of international make, cooperate or buy analyses, preparation and support for presentation of analysis results.
Procurement Specialist, Mobility Division • Compliance assurance and processing purchase request, and add necessary information to ensure cost-efficient and on-time supply of materials and service in accordance to demands. • Supplier contract and claim management including negotiating the terms and conditions in contracts and ensuring compliance with the terms and conditions, as well as documenting and agreeing on any changes or amendments that may arise during its implementation or execution. • Fulfillment of project procurement manager role during bid preparation / contribution to increase hit rate, and support bid calculation with reliable material cost data. • Analyses of customer inquiries during bid preparation / opportunity management phases and exactly understand the customer's functional needs in order to include (supplier) innovations that improve Siemens' cost position and/or the customer's benefit. • Forward systematically all procurement-related information to assigned BUs (e.g. updated contractual conditions, Supplier Management data) to keep all participants up-to-date. • Support the Project Manager as partner by planning, supervising, ensuring and reporting appropriate activities with regard to failure prevention and effective processes (proactive and reactive). • Qualified determination of product and system codes (hardware, software, technology and services) for Foreign Trade and Customs purposes. Functional Controller • Execute the procurement reporting/controlling function to provide information transparency to Lead Country and/or HQ. • Execute supplier qualification and coordinate with cross-functional team for supplier sourcing decision. • Support management decisions and derive proposals for improvement of procurement strategies. • Support coordination and controlling of the budget planning for the assigned unit(s), in alignment with other relevant organizational units, cross-functions and super-ordinated units.
Integrate procurement in the project management process. Execute, control and monitor all procurement activities in the project and introduce procurement strategies to achieve maximum contribution to the operating result and ensure compliance with Siemens procurement processes.
