About

I am passionate about supporting and empowering SAUSD staff, students, and families by building capacity in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) through collaboration, coaching, and training. As a dedicated BCBA candidate and graduate student, I bring hands-on experience in ABA and a strong commitment to enhancing the quality of life for individuals with developmental disabilities. I am focused on applying evidence-based strategies to develop and implement effective behavior intervention plans, promote meaningful skill acquisition, and foster greater independence across educational, home, and clinical settings. Currently, I am actively pursuing my BCBA certification while continuing to grow professionally. I am driven by the goal of making a lasting, positive impact in the field of behavior analysis through compassionate care, collaboration, and advocacy.
