As some of you are aware, my tenure with Zimmer Biomet, which spanned almost 34 years, will conclude this Friday, 28 June. As I feel too young and too energetic to retire, I have decided to start an orthopaedic consulting company (OrthoSave GmbH / www.orthosave.ch) and I am looking forward to this opportunity to be completely independent, with all the advantages and disadvantages of such freedom. The start of OrthoSave's activities is planned for the first of October 2024.
