As HRBP, my role is to: • Act as a business partner for various different functions • Collaborate with the relevant team leads of each function, focusing on people and function/site agendas, with a particular focus on delivering people and business priorities • Drive business performance through the creation and delivery of HR strategy and solutions • Deliver functional organisational change and restructuring projects • Review functional capability and support on succession planning/YER Calibration together with the Leadership team • Leverage analytics and insights from HR and the business to support development of unleashment plans • Support the Talent Acquisition team in defining best candidates for our long term talent needs • Ensure job and function specific management training and development programs are in line with organizational and individual development needs • Implement, execute and update a local internal communication plan to inform and engage all employees • Leverage insights from HR and the wider business to develop a plan to deliver positive unleashment scores in keeping with our aspiration to be a ‘Great Place to Work’
