I spent 4 months travelling Asia since the start of the year. It has been a life long dream of mine to travel in this region, and I learned alot - meeting new people and experiencing many different cultures. I also learned alot about myself, developing my communication and interpersonal skills along the way.
- EMEA central role implementing new process and influencing global through EMEA lens. Main focus was forecasting and fiscal planning. - Also business partner to south and startups sales team, partnering with the non funded team and Ireland.

Achievements: - Strat BP to setting up new sales team in UKI for Service Cloud - setting governance models, support in forecasting complexities, setting targets. - Driving operational excellence for forecasting, business reviews, and planning for the next fiscal. - Working on strategical projects such as Brexit impact, alignment of different sales teams that Salesforce has acquired, and improving the tools we use in our planning process. - Manager to our new graduates, guiding them through their on boarding and tasks, motivating and championing. - Completion of Sales Acclerate Leadership program
