• Managing a successful training department responsible for providing high quality training events to 27,000 customers as outlined below in my previous role description • Managing a team of 3 staff in Landmark’s internal sales department • Scheduling, arranging and taking part in sales campaign days for the internal sales team to find out industry information and cross sell new products to existing customers • Monitoring monthly targets and adjusting the commissions accordingly of all staff within the internal sales department • Submitting a monthly report for both internal sales and training to report on revenue, individual achievements, call statistics, and a summary of the campaign results • Account Managing 100 Promap and GoView customers to support them in their usage of our products, and targeted on their monthly spend • Receiving overflow Customer Service, Accounts and Technical Support calls to resolve customer queries • Creating and managing the despatch of monthly mail shots to customers to advertise our training offerings • Successfully implementing an online training offering utilising technology from Webex. • Scheduling, booking venues and marketing for weekly training seminars • Recording and producing online product demos which were made available on the website for each of our products using Camtasia to support launches of new products • Generating monthly and yearly reports summarising the training departments profit and expenditure • Updating product documentation to include the product user guides • Assisting the product manager on releasing new versions of our products. To include presenting live product demonstrations at launch road shows held across the UK to audiences of up to 60 people, and providing valuable customer feedback on our products
• Scheduling and leading daily online sales demonstrations of the Centra products to prospective customers • Support the prospective customer in running a pilot of the product • Leading weekly online education classes to Centra’s existing customers. These covered a variety of topics to assist customers in the effective use of the Centra Products
