I spent the last decade helping redefine AI-powered teamwork collaboration at Atlassian. As a member of the team that took Atlassian public in 2015, I've had a front row seat to the rapid growth of both Jira and Atlassian, running the product marketing team that helped Jira achieve unicorn status. Today, I am focused on redefining teamwork in the AI era, specializing in building flywheels, product-led growth, storytelling, and making complicated things simple. Prior to Atlassian, I worked at various start ups and small businesses, in addition to some very large businesses, like Clorox and Forrest City. I also spent eight very formative years running a Wordpress & Content Strategy consultancy. In my spare time, I write historical fiction, flip houses, play in nature, and hang with my son, husband & friends, managing it all through lots and lots of lists.
Building Atlassian's teamwork platform for the AI era and managing a high-performing marketing team that walks the walk, powered by the Atlassian Teamwork Collection & Rovo AI. • Manage core product marketing for Jira and Trello, driving strategic initiatives to enhance user engagement and grow demand. • Oversee the Teamwork Collection flywheel business, integrating Jira, Confluence, Loom, and Rovo into a cohesive solution. • Develop the GTM strategy and work cross-functionally to build the Atlassian flywheel through our low-touch business.
