In silico structural analysis of protein nanobody docking using the AlphaFold 3 model. Data processing, normalization, and classification analysis through random forest models of proton transfer mass spectrometry signals collected from exhaled breath through Python. Implemented classification and clustering algorithms to computationally design optimal sequences to aid in targeted diagnostic and therapeutic approaches in lung diseases.
Created a billing microservice API to automate customer finances with the Stripe API and Firebase. Implemented API endpoints as a part of the backend microservices team using Python, FastAPI, and Postman.
