I believe it is about empathy, communication, and compassion for the people who are the very backbone of companies. HR plays a critical role in supporting employee well-being and nurturing their sense of belonging to a company to grow a stable, happy, and productive employee force. I have always been passionate about people relations and I am keen to develop my career in the HR industry.
- Screened resumes on various recruitment sites and mined for candidates on LinkedIn - Conducted phone screenings for applicants across various Finance roles and carried out reference checks for potential hires across departments and job grades - Conceptualised and assisted in event coordination of the company’s new event initiative, Far East Xperience, which aims to promote brand awareness among university undergraduates. - Scheduled interviews and facilitated document collection from candidates

- Achieved at least 95% of weekly recruitment targets for Part-Time staff through face-to-face interviews in the office and at retail outlets - Conducted orientation for the new Part-Time staff recruited, informing them of the job expectations and company values so as to ensure a smooth assimilation into the company - Attracted potential applicants through development of online collaterals for the company’s retail Facebook page which increased engagement
