The IMB is an international institute focusing on basic resarch in life science, ranging from epigenetics, DNA repair & genome stability to developmental biology, biophysics, and bioinformatics. In response to the need of researchers, IMB core facility propose a large pannel of cutting-edge techniologies. The Protein Production core facility is one of them. It supports researchers throughout the process of protein production, from the design of DNA-constructs for cloning, expression and purification, up to analysis.

The Structural Genomic Consortium (SGC) Frankfurt is focused on the development of selective inhibitors in order to understand better the role of key signalling proteins and their potential implication in different diseases. We developed a recent cloning facility within the SGC Frankfurt. My job consisted of applying high-throughput cloning to provide ready-to-use molecular constructs to scientists for further structural studies.
I teached german language and culture to 8 classes of several levels from A1 to B1. I applied the actional pedagogy to my teaching.
I had the responsability of 7 classes of every level from A1 to B2. I was working together with the French teacher to share the culture and the language to the pupils.
