Passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and improving CS processes. I have 16 years' experience with 5 certifications in the education field. I taught 8th grade US history and World Geography. I helped run the Grand Central Station program for 504, Sped, and other struggling students where I was able to work one-on-one with students who needed help. I was an Edgenuity lab teacher and team leader of 5-10 teachers. I spent a number of years running the school's night school program. I helped to create and modify district Edgenuity protocols. In addition, at my prior district I was a mentor teacher in the new teacher program, a team lead, and co-department chair. I have been able to use numerous skills and knowledge gained in the education field, including communication skills, classroom management, project management, data management, critical thinking and collaboration, self-motivation, adaptability, multitasking, decision making, and relationship management skills to benefit my current position and company where I work as a Customer Success Manager. I remain a lifelong learner about topics I am interested in for both my career and personal interests. I love giving back to my community by volunteering time at a local Horse Rescue that works with Veterans and First Responders.
