After 20 years of research on the evolutionary developmental biology of marine sponges, I completed a Master in Secondary Education at the University of Queensland and am now working as a teacher. I am particularly interested in Science Curriculum and Assessment Development, Cooperative and Peer Learning, Inquiry- and Project-Based Learning, Montessori Pedagogy, and Media Literacy.
Teaching two Curriculum Studies courses, Biology and Earth & Environmental Science
Also taught two half-days at Sherwood State School Year 5 and 6 French.
