With over 30 years in the creative industry, I’ve spent my career helping teams develop fresh, effective solutions for global and local brands. I’ve worked across everything from digital and print to packaging and experiential, shaping impactful branding across various platforms. As the former Executive Creative Director and Managing Partner at Design Bridge, I led the creative direction and growth of the New York and Amsterdam studios, collaborating with clients like MasterCard, BeamSuntory, Diageo, JDE Peets, Reckitt, Mondelez, and Walgreens. Along the way, we earned several international awards, including D&AD and Pentawards.

    2004-2007 / Mountain Design The Netherlands Key member of team responsible for winning Unilever account, establishing an on going relationship with the client in the UK. Undertaking a redesign of Heart Health products, and local Dutch brand Calvé. Established a strong working relationship with AKZO UK on the Crown Brand which enabled us to pitch and win AKZO NOBEL Europe. Increased the level of creativity and thinking within the company. Rejuvenated the face of Dr. van der Hoog cosmetics, resulting in the first ever Design EFFIE Award in 2006 in the Netherlands. Worked with Coca Cola to launch none returnable bottles – Splash for Fanta and Icon bottles for Coca Cola.

    Design Director Singapore and Hong Kong Recruited from Australia to improve the standard of creativity within the Singapore office with an existing staff who were demoralised and despondent. Within the first 100 days had established new clients increased revenue and fostered a better working environment and therefore a much higher standard of work. Improved design capabilities, growing the department and increasing creative standards. Recruited and relocated new designers from the UK building on the strengths already established, greatly increasing the quality of the thinking and ideas being produced. Having successfully established a cohesive team of designers and writers in Singapore was asked to relocate to Hong Kong. Responsible for all visual communication material, produced by the Hong Kong office. Developing and implementing a wide range of projects that span both size and complexity, from strategic positioning for the Hong Kong Fringe Arts Festival to the Bank of China IPO launch in 2002.

Undertaking a design audit of all the Audi dealerships in New South Wales, and implementing a cohesive brand image across all brand world touchpoints. Design and implementation of house style for Singapore Airlines tactical press ads. Developed print campaign for Australis’ leading telecommunications company Telstra, including a repositioning of the brand and a launch to all staff and national press. Special promotions, and concept development for merchandising Lego, Primo and Duplo in Australia.
