Coached and taught various forms of dance technique to middle and high-school aged students. Instructed individualized private lessons to students to identify areas for skill improvement and provided tools to reach their goals. Created unique choreography for student performances that challenged students while emphasizing their strengths.
Hired and led 3 separate teams of 10-12 individuals, working to create cohesive store environments that were welcoming to the communities they served. Managed store inventory, ordering and cash handling on a day-to-day basis. Created store schedules and ensured teammates were following procedures to standards. Tracked and analyzed store KPI’s to identify areas for sales growth and created strategies to facilitate that growth.
