With over 30 years of experience as a former CEO in the financial services and FinTech industry, I am a seasoned executive, strategic advisor, and non-executive director with a NACD Directorship Certification® and a Certificate in Cyber-Security Risk Oversight. Named as a 2024 Director of the Year by the Puget Sound Business Journal, I have led and served on boards of public and private companies, ranging from consumer products to healthcare insurance to banking, and have demonstrated a strong track record of delivering value to shareholders and stakeholders through effective governance, risk management, and innovation. I also have extensive regional and national banking experience, having held senior leadership roles at KeyBank, Opus Bank, Cascade Bank, and Bank of America. Throughout my career, I have been passionate about supporting the social sector and the community, and have served as the Chair of the Board of United Way of King County WA and Chair of the Board of the Washington State Major League Baseball Public Facilities District, among other roles.
