Chris is a serial entrepreneur turned venture builder and early stage investor. He is currently General Partner and Co-Founder of Stackpoint, a Boston-based venture studio that builds and invests in real estate and financial technology companies with a heavy focus on vertical AI software. Stemming from his first-hand experience as an entrepreneur, Chris launched Stackpoint, to pioneer a better way to support founders building technology startups in highly entrenched and regulated industries, with a focus on real estate. Since its founding in 2021, Stackpoint has launched seven companies, including five that have gone on to receive outside funding from venture capital firms and strategic investors. Prior to Stackpoint, Chris co-founded Convene, a workplace hospitality platform trusted by landlords including Brookfield, Blackstone, Nuveen, British Land, and many more. During his decade leading the company, Convene generated over $1B in revenue, served more than 200 Fortune 500 companies, opened 31 offices across two countries, hired over a thousand team members, and earned a 91 NPS score, outperforming brands like Apple, Amazon and Nike. In addition, Chris is the co-founder and Chairman of Evojets, a leading on-demand jet charter service. The company has operated profitably for 18 years, conducting thousands of missions in more than 50 countries across six continents with a perfect safety record. Chris has been nominated for the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year award, listed as a Top Entrepreneur by Crain’s New York Business, and is the only person to appear twice on Inc. Magazine’s “30 Under 30” list of America's most promising entrepreneurs. Chris enjoys sharing his knowledge of real estate technology and entrepreneurship and has lectured at institutions such as Harvard Business School, Wharton, Columbia Business School, Cornell Baker School of Real Estate, The NYU Shack Institute of Real Estate, MIT Center for Real Estate as well as corporate events for Microsoft, Hines, JLL, Boston Properties, JBG and Boston Properties. Chris resides in Aspen, CO with his wife and two children. In his free time, he is a competitive marathon (2:38PR) and ultra distance runner (2x Leadville 100 Finisher, 21:45PR) and serves on the board of YPO Aspen.
