Sponsored by Dom Perignon Guest were treated to 'Birthday Activites' in the adjoining Standard Spa including: Jessica Craig-Martin's photo booth / Linda Yablonsky's personal critic booth / Kiki Smith - temporary tattoos / Adam McEwen - reusable sticker art & Performances by: Fab 5 Freddy, Terence Koh, Kembra Phfaler, Janelle Monea, and DJ's Rachel Chandler & Spencer Sweeney. • WHITNEY BIENNIAL 2008 @ PARK AVENUE ARMORY: (March 4 - 23, 2008) Arts Programming consultant for APF in collaboration with the Whitney Museum to extend the 2008 Biennial beyond the Whitney Museum's Madison Avenue building - for the first time - to the historic Seventh Regiment Armory building, at Park Avenue and 67th St. The Armory will serve as a setting for a series of groundbreaking performances, temporary installations, events, and other programs, all free to the public.. creating an exciting opportunity to present works that could not be accommodated within the Whitney's walls while remaining true to the fluid, interactive way in which the works were conceived • AARON YOUNG, 'GREETING CARD' - Motorcycle performance event (Sept 2007) Assisted in both the production of art work and the event itself. Produced by APF in conjunction with Tom Ford & Sotheby's. Location: Seventh Regiment Armory. 288 panels of plywood painted with alternate fluorescent colors, followed by top coat of opaque black were laid out in the Drill Hall floor forming a massive 128 x 72 ft canvas - which 12 motorcyclists perform synchronized movements on. The burnouts & streaks of rubber reveal the worn neon colors underneath.
